    The location was excellent, nestled in a tranquil area yet close to vibrant shopping streets. The serene garden view added a lovely touch. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, which enhanced our experience throughout our stay.

    Best and excellent staff, it was lovely stay.

    There were lovely beds and a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating inside the room. There was large and comprehensive breakfasts with beverages including prosecco if desired and prosecco if desired, for example. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was good!

    Shopping spree in Milan 🛍️

    The courtyard is like a dreamy oasis after a long day, seriously seemed like we were in a movie! The folks at the bar were super friendly, even helped us pick the best drinks. Plus, they surprised us with a lovely cake for my chommie's birthday!

    We had a bit of a wait for our room, a bit of a jol, to be honest.
